Re-focusing the Unfocused

I want to let you know that I understand I have gotten off track a little on this blog. I’ve stepped more onto the philosophical side of things rather than yoga, meditation, and other self-care topics.

Although I do believe getting to know yourself, clearing out obstacles is part of yoga and meditation and, therefore, part of self-care, it may not be why everyone is here. I will start to steer back toward those traditional topics. It’s just been part of my process. A part I thought may help others.

I am open to your thoughts and comments, however. Thank you!

  1. I like the mix of your posts. In fact, if it was only on meditation and yoga, I feel, something would be missing. Your very individual journey. It becomes much more accessible when you share your thoughts as you have. If you ask me, keep it coming 🙂

    1. Thank you for the input. I appreciate it. I go back and forth on that. I’m never sure if others get a benefit from my thoughts alone, but I kind of like sharing them now that I’ve gotten used to it. I probably will keep mixing it up. Thanks again!

      1. Please do! I feel it enriches your post. I wouldn’t think too much about what people might expect. I find that I enjoy those blogs most that offer an authentic take on where the blogger is right now in his/her life. In fact, it’s the reason I read it in the first place.
